Established in 1999, Talaash is the flagship management festival of the Department of Management Studies at Jai Hind College, a legacy built on ambition, innovation, and excellence.
What began as a humble treasure hunt has grown into one of Mumbai's most celebrated intercollegiate management festivals, inspiring generations of young leaders to think beyond convention. Entirely conceptualized and executed by students, Talaash is a platform where business meets creativity through competitions, cultural showcases, speaker sessions, and immersive experiences.

Department of Management Studies
The Department of Management Studies, approved by AICTE and DTE, offers industry-integrated, globally relevant business education with academic autonomy and a strong legacy of excellence. Its programs include BMS, BBA in collaboration with TCS, B.Com. in Digital Strategy, and B.Com. (International Accounting) integrated with ACCA.
Jai Hind College
Jai Hind College, established in 1948 by a group of visionary teachers from Karachi, is a distinguished multi-faculty institution managed by the Sind Educationists' Association and affiliated to the University of Mumbai as an Empowered Autonomous College under UGC regulations. Recognized as one of Mumbai's premier higher education institutions, it offers a broad spectrum of Aided and Self-Financed programmes designed to meet contemporary academic and industry requirements while maintaining rigorous academic standards.
